Everything was well organized. The provider was excellent. The person who worked me up and did lab work on me was great. It seemed like a well run office. The provider quickly got my lab results posted and followed up on them. I am a happy patient. I had been a Novant patient the last 20 years and their services have slowly gone downhill.
