The services my wife received were good. Helped her issue and it’s great. However, this company sucks with submitting claims. My wife has gone back and forth with this company and insurance and neither the company or insurance want to help move the process a long. My wife had to submit the claim herself because from what I understand an employee who handled this or was supposed to was let go unfortunately due to issues with this. At the same time nobody on the management team thought this was an issue to fix or help my wife ... read more
