my daughter has been going here since 7th grade she's a senior this year and she loves all the staff who know her by first name and the Drs always have her laughing at end of appt!!
I have been with this doctor for about 4 years and when it came to have my 7 year old to have his eyes checked the staff did a great job with him.
I've been going in for more than 10 yrs. My family has had only positive service! 5 stars. The receptionists ALWAYS friendly. O.D. friendly. Eye puff lady friendly.
This place is astonishingly unprofessional, I would avoid this place at all costs. They offer nothing to make up for the misleading information and poor customer service. My glasses were made wrong and they sent me home to try them over the weekend, they also mislabeled my contacts. I wish I had gone someplace else... the fact that this place is in business is a mystery to me. My review would be much different if they did one positive thing to make up for their lack of service.
