Horrible!!! Missed so many crucial items. And Jeff (the owner) did the inspection himself. He did not move anything - not even a curtain to find water damage behind it! And when I questioned him, all he would say was, "You don't understand what an inspection is". All I know is that I paid him to do a job and he didn't do it. The results of his inspection determined if I was going to purchase the house. The inspection came up with minor issues and I bought the house only offering $2,000 less than the asking price.
