Fred was very detail oriented and his positive attitude made our inspection a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, dependable, and passionate. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
I was very impressed by Fred. He was attentive to details and obviously very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand the ins and outs of our home. Since I bought my house 4 years ago I started to notice so many things that were missed... but I just fixed them myself. He works with D. Quimby Real-max agent. Do yourself a favor and do your own homework on who you hire and make sure they are detailed and have multiple reviews and referrals. We trusted her referral and did not think twice about who we hired.
