We lived out of state and relied on our agent and inspector. The entire attic was covered in cat feces and urine, wiring with no junction boxes not noted. The furnace, AC and hot water heater were noted as old BUT old is an understatment. The condensation pump did not drip into a bucket like noted, it ran like a faucet which we empty 4 times a day. This company did an inspection on the house that my college daughter was renting and when she returned home, he had taken the pictures off of her walls and left them all over the ground, thrown things out of her closet on to her bedroom floor and all of her dresser drawers were open and had been gone through. When we tried to reach him, he would not answer our calls.
