I called to have some shirts done and was told by Shannon the process would take no longer than a couple of days to set up a viewing of the monogram I wanted done. After 3 weeks Shannon promised it would be done and it never was. I cannot get them to do what they said they would do, or return phone calls and I feel their customer service and delivering on their promises are nothing short of frustrating, and aggrevating. Employee Grant Davis is very rude....would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE looking for any promotional items or embroidery/silk screening services. Very short temper and very ill-mannered. Poor Service!!!
