Dr. Thomason and staff have worked out very well for me. My recent appointment ran a little late, but that was fine. I prefer a dental office that would "squeeze in" a patient due to an urgent need. Next time that "urgent need" might be me. Dr. Thomason's work is knowledgeable and first rate. Never a problem with his work or diagnosis. I highly recommend. And all of his staff and front office folks have been great also.
Dr Thomason and the team are incredibly easy to work with. I have been a patient here since moving to Idaho in 2020 and only have good experiences to share about this office. :)
Went to get a teeth cleaning as a new patient. They realize I had insurance and wanted to turn it into a “deep cleaning” requiring 3 total visits. I left realizing I was being taken advantage of.
Our family has trusted Eagle Dental Care for a long time. From our grandchildren to my wife and I, they have been there for routine visits to emergency care. The staff are caring, compassionate and professional. Dr. Thomason takes his time, understands and cares deeply about his practice and the quality of service. What an honor to have the team at Eagle Dental Care in our city.
I have had the most wonderful experience working with these compassionate professionals. I've had so many other dentists that have dismissed my trauma and pain.
