Experience was great as usual. Friendly staff and the care was excellent.
Excellent care and service. Everything was explained thoroughly prior to service. My comfort was their utmost concern every step of the way.
I had a crown prep done on a molar by Dr. LaCroix recently. I'm a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. But she and her staff are so understanding and patient with me that I don't dread a trip to the dentist as much as I used to. I highly recommend her!
I went in for a crown yesterday, and we all know that's not everyone's favorite activity for a Tuesday morning. Dr. Lacroix and her staff worked efficiently to get the job done and get me out of there and on my way to work. They constantly checked to make sure I was ok and not feeling any discomfort. This will be my forth or fifth crown from Dr. Lacroix - she does excellent work.
The staff was pleasant and professional as always. Services received were excellant, I was treated with extreme care.

I'm addressing your selling technique, or what appears to be a your selling technique. From a business perspective your patients do not make decisons based on your intentions, they make decisions based on what you project. Best experience I've had to this date with a dentist. Dr. Lacroix gave me shots to numb my gums with almost no pain. I had 4 crowns in row procedure done, also had almost no soreness afterward. Her staff is also very pleasant and professional.
My experience was warm and welcoming as always! I've been a patient for nearly 10 years and have never had a less than perfect visit!
