RecommendedMy husband and I have lived at Carver Lake for 7 years and have truly enjoyed our time here! The staff is great and they have the best maintenance team on site. Would highly recommend to anyone out there looking for a new place to live!
RecommendedI’m extremely disappointed! Our house smells like a wire is burning in the heating system! I called the emergency maintenance and was told to turn off the heat and they will look at it in the morning! Seriously? I have a little kid, the house will be ice cold, not to mention that awful burning smell! I’m terrified to go to sleep!

A very family and pet friendly community! Staff is often walking around the community picking up any garbage. All concerns are dealt with quickly. My children love going to the pool. It's always clean. The pond is fun too! There is always a little duck family hanging out. You can sit on the bench and just enjoy the view. We also really enjoy the fenced in dog park, and walking path. I think people frequently leave a review when something goes wrong.
