People her are friendly but the office is soooo slow. Every time I’ve had an appointment I sit in the waiting room at the MINIMUM 20 minutes past my appointment time. I have not checked their policy, but I am pretty sure the office wouldn’t appreciate if patients were 20 minutes late for every appointment. They obviously need to do some type of quality improvement here.
Yeah so my girlfriend had an appointment recently and I was told that she would be back in a "minute". I had to wait in the waiting room for her to be done, while other guys came out with their significant other. Any other IU Health Organization I never had a problem with feeling "uninvited" to, but we won't be back.
I cannot stress enough that you should pick a different providers office. I am not saying that the providers at this office are bad, because I've had several good ones-- but the turnover is terrible. Almost every year I see a different provider and this year I got handed to a provider (that I hadn't screened) hours before my appointment because the original provider had been kept longer in a surgery (and of course I had to take time off work for the appointment).
