I appreciate being able to get in quickly. All of the staff were so friendly and genuine. I wish I lived closer so it would be more convenient for me to switch to this location. Sandy Vanwye helped me feel at ease and reassured and heard.
Nurse that took my vitals was wonderful! NP was wonderful! Room was warm and clean. Appt began on time. NP took time to talk to me. Best experience I have had at IU to date!
People her are friendly but the office is soooo slow. Every time I’ve had an appointment I sit in the waiting room at the MINIMUM 20 minutes past my appointment time. I have not checked their policy, but I am pretty sure the office wouldn’t appreciate if patients were 20 minutes late for every appointment. They obviously need to do some type of quality improvement here.
