Hands down the best gym I’ve ever joined—and I’ve tried quite a few over the years. The trainers quickly become friends; they’re friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. The classes are my favourite, and I’ve met so many great people through them—which was a huge bonus as a relative newcomer to Victoria. I commute from Salt Spring to work at the Eagle Creek complex, and I am so grateful this gym is here so I can maintain my fitness around a pretty intense schedule! It is a very clean and welcoming environment, the staff are very friendly, and there are key passes for before/after hours entry.
