Eagle Construction worked on a project at Fricker's in Richmond, In. I work for Comfort Inn. The workers stayed at this hotel during the construction in the summer of 2012. Payment has yet to be made on this enormous bill. This is not acceptable. I know Eagle Construction was paid by Fricker's for their work done but I do not understand why they can not pay their bills.
