Okay... ignition key unable to turn, I'm in a Riverhead parking lot. Had the truck towed to Eagle because I figure a dealer will know how to handle it. They had to drill out the cylinder, so I knew there was some extra time involved, but the bill? $1020 PLUS a 3% surcharge for a credit card... like you got that kind of cash on hand these days. It works and I'm glad it works, but it's really hard to imagine a knowledgeable mechanic requiring almost 800 bucks in labor to do this... plus, the labor rates are not posted like the... read more
Very personable. Worked well with car shield. After the car is repaired they washed it, gave it a once over polish and vacuum of the interior. Very upscale dealership plenty of parking which makes for a more enjoyable visit.
