On November 21st I had an appointment to get my oil changed and have a computer module changed. The daybefore my appointment I called to make sure they had the module , after waiting 10 minutes on hold the woman assured me they had the part . I dropped my car off at 7:30am and was told it would be an all day repair, I went home and waited for their call, at 1:30pm I called to check on the status of the repair and after a 10 minute on hold I was told the repairs would be done in 2hrs.
