Fixed what the Dealership Couldn't I had my G6 into the dealership three times to fix a rattle in the front drivers side. The dealership replaced the intermediate steering shaft, the right front strut, and the entire steering column and still the noise was there. I took my car to Eagle and they fixed the problem (rack and pinion) the first time. The service was great and when it came time to payment they did everything they could to lower the cost. New & Very Satisfied Customer Jason & Brian at Eagle Automotive were very helpful to me on any questions I had on my car. It has been a couple of years since my car was in for a tune-up, when I called to schedule an appointment Jason said first they would do a diagnostic test to see what needed to be done, I was surprised at that answer because the car dealer j would do a tune-up, not see what specifics needed to be taken care of. Owner Just what I like in an auto repair business. Identify the "right" problem and quote a fair price and do the approved repair within the time that was promised. It does not get better than that. Great Shop! I brought my car in to fix the A/C and these guys checked over everything! Found that my drive belts were about to give way...Scary!!! and also something my usual mechanic should have found. Eagle will be my new mechanic for everything going forward. Thank you for your thorough inspection and resonable pricing. The free loaner car made it all possible too!

Nice Job ! Last year, I purchased 2 x 4 prepaid oil changes for my car and my wife's car. The price was great. I appreciated the way the technicians were doing the job : no rush, thoroughly and with great care.If anything extra needs to be done on the car, you get a call explaining the situation with parts and labor prices. No pressure. Very reasonable prices.A very nice job overall.Jerome Cain

Small Shop but Big Service ! It is wonderful to have a small shop to take your car to, when you walk in everyone knows you and can answer any of your Questions .They are friendly and are also a big part of thier community to help give back and support. my Saab is happy there and so am I.They even have a loaner car to use if needed. It is great to know some place I can trust to take my car and wont get charged for unneeded repairs also no high pressure,they lay it out and let me decide what to have fixed and when. Years of good work. We've been using Eagle for at least 5 years for a Honda Civic, Toyota Sequoia and Ford Explorer. Their prices are reasonable but the quality of work and service is exceptional. Simply put, the owner and employees like working on cars and like making people happy - it's a good combo for people that keep their cars instead of buying new ones.
