They are the absolute worst service department. Slow, slower, slowest. No communication. They had my truck for 7 days before they actually looked at it. Take your vehicles to 7-11 for better auto service. Absolutely horrible!
SCAM SITE - STOLE MY MONEY. Never shipped, won't answer phone or emails.
They sent me the wrong part and I have been calling and emailing them with no results. I will wait a couple more day and call maybe 5 more times after that I will stop being Mr. Nice Guy
I ordered parts for my car and it never arrived i keep on trying to call no answer
Try to stay clear. Unfortunately the only east end Chevy. Takes them days and days to get to your vehicle. You try to call and you can’t get through. Leave a message and they don’t return your call. Needs new management. Only positive was service manager Michelle who eventually got involved. Buy Japanese!
