Terrible service and terrible parts.. Let me start with the parts. I ordered the correct parts for my ATV from their website, making sure to browse by model first. I carefully looked at the descriptions and the pictures to be sure it was for the model I have and the picture matched the part I needed. The exhaust kit (pipe and muffler) are dinged up. Paint is chipped all over the exhaust pipe and there is supposed to be a wire mesh piece at the end, but it's missing. Also, the tail light I received isn't the same one I ordere... read more

Just ordered and installed a brand new 110 cc motor. Took about a week to get here which was fine. The don’t give you an eta when you order nor do they tell you when it will be shipped. After motor arrived I opened the package. The motor has some clear sealer on the casing seams. Thought it was normal. Installed motor. Leaks oil everywhere. Transmission shifts into first but won’t move. 3rd gear sounds like the bearings are toast. It almost feels like I was sent a used motor. I bought a TaoTao ATV for my son that needed a couple of replacement parts. First, I must say the website is easy to navigate and simplifies finding the correct parts. Although when I placed my order online, there were a couple of setbacks. When I spoke to the sales associates! they were very helpful and The problems were resolved quickly. I received the parts within a few days... the parts fit correctly, so I am very pleased! When I order from them again, I will place the order over the phone to avoid the online glitches.
