I had Nick Piti of Eagle Associates build us a wonderful custom house and large barn 5 yrs ago. He was one of the most thoughtful and honest contractors I have met. He was on schedule, on budget and produced a gorgeous home for us. We are working on another parcel and will be using Nick for sure! Would highly recommend him!

The team worked with us to tear down and rebuild our new home and we could not be happier. We went from a one story ranch to a two (almost 3) story modular colonial. They worked with us every step of the way and always got back to me with any question I had. We feel that we can still run questions by Nick even after the build has been completed. We definitely recommend Eagle Associates!
Our project consisted of first floor gut and rehab, second story modular addition and stick built garage. Because of weather and time concerns we had the second story stick built with a framer he connected us with. He took the deposit for the entire job and never showed up again. He was hired to do the entire project. He never said "if you stick build this I'm out." He had no intention of completing this job or using the deposit on the other 2/3rds of the project. The return of $1000. is a royal screwing not a grand gesture.
Great experience with Eagle Associates, from demolition of an existing structure to construction of a new modular home. They worked well with complications of construction in a flood plain.
