We used Eagle Appraisals for two property appraisals during a divorce process and paid over $1,800 for the reports. After reviewing the results, the valuations ended up being very close to publicly available Zillow estimates, which made it difficult to see the value received for the cost. I've worked with Eagle Appraisals for 25+ years. Matt George is without question one of the best appraisers in the county. His level of professionalism, expertise and ability to deliver clarity is unmatched. Janet George, his business partner/co-owner and office manager is also exceptional. Not only is she incredibly organized, but she is also genuinely one of the nicest/most polite humans I have ever come in contact with
I just called and spoke with someone named Janet, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I simply asked if this was an appraisal company or an individual appraiser, and she abruptly responded with "I'm sorry. Bye." and ended the call. Her tone was rude and the interaction felt unprofessional. I expected a more respectful and helpful response.
