Chad did work for us about 9 years ago. I called him for an estimate to possibly do some work recently. He was working and going to come over for a quote in a few hours. I happened to be out in the neighborhood and found another tree service who quoted me a fair price, and they could cut the tree down immediately, so I went with them, instead of waiting on a bid from Eager Beaver.
