I was very nervous about going in to a chiropractic center at first, I didn't know what to expect or if it would be painful. Both Dr. Eric and Dr. Chase showed me that it was nothing to be afraid of! They really make sure you feel welcome and also that they fully understand what is wrong with you before they do any adjustments. I had never been to a chiropractor before, I was nervous. Dr Chase and Dr Eric made me feel completely comfortable. The other staff are very nice and always smiling. They both take time with you individually and listen to you. Even if it's busy, they don't hurry to get to the next patient. They are both professional and very personable. When I started having pains in my lower back, Genesis Chiropractic Health Center was able to get me in right away to help me.
