Had a solid experience during my first visit to EaDo dental. I scheduled my appointment in advance and the sign in paperwork was sent to my email so that I could fill out at home prior to the appointment in order to expedite the process. Once I arrived, the waiting time was minimal, the facilities were clean and organized, and the staff was corteous. The new, state of the art facilities enhanced the experience. The facility is shockingly large and very state-of the-art. Everyone was beyond helpful and I felt like an old patient/customer despite it being my first time with them. This team is awesome, absolutely. I'll be heading back in a few months for my next cleaning. And with any issues I have, I'm definitely trusting Dr. Ma and his team.

I'm very afraid of dentists so I was hesitant going into the appointment. Even though I wouldn't call it "relaxing" due to my anxiety, it was the closest I'll get to being relaxed in a dentist's chair. They have a large TV with Netflix you can utilize to distract yourself. Dr. Ma worked quickly and was attentive to my needs. The front office staff was very knowledgeable about insurance/payments and broke down my payment options clearly.
