Because the composite decking on a previously built deck failed, the decking company agreed to replace the product. It was our responsibility to find a new contractor. The high-quality SBS Malarkey shingles are top-notch, and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and handled with exceptional craftsmanship. I was lucky to find Rafael and E81 via Google and worked them into my evaluation to update my pergola and patio. Rafael helped us from start to finish and made us feel at ease throughout the project. From his design choices to his on site project management we could not have expected anything more. A true professional and delivers a product we will happy with for years and decades to come. E81 designed & built our covered 3-season porch + open deck. We're very pleased with the outcome. It's beautiful and functional. Other contractors we consulted were unable to design to our requirements because we wanted to connect a gable roof for the porch with the existing shed roof from the house. Rafael figured out how to do this and his team executed splendidly. Rafael and his team were a pleasure to work with--always responsive and thoroughly accomodating.
E81 Decks & Exteriors completed a full replacement of my roof in Rockville, and the entire process was refreshingly straightforward.
