Trent and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. As a homeowner that needed a new roof after a storm, Trent was able to walk me through the process, work directly with my insurance company, and “fight” with them for my best interests. Prior to finding E3RR, I had another local company that tried to sell me a $30k roof and did their best to get me to not call my insurance company. Total racket. E3RR was nowhere near that price. Just had large house and barn roof replaced. Jeff was recommended by son-in-law since he was happy with a recent job for them. Their crew was excellent, friendly, and hard working. I would highly recommend.
Trent and his team are awesome. Had a leak due to snow fall last year. He came and evaluated the situation and gave recommendations. They ended up reducing the low valley area using the best underlayment around and even re-weatherproofed the siding. They even threw in a vent for me to connect my exhaust vents to.
Trent is fantastic! He’s timely, professional and knowledgeable. His crew was so efficient and respectful of our property. I highly recommend E3.
Please if you're considering using 'E3 Roofing" do not. They are not a real locally based company but a fly-by-night storm chasing gypsy crew. They put a job posting on indeed looking for door to door canvassers to travel the country in hail prone areas or recently hit areas to prey on recent victims. If you live in Indianapolis metro, choose a local based roofer and if you've been recently aproached by a sales rep for E3 then know they are likely to take your insurance money and not do the job.
