Trent and his team are awesome. Had a leak due to snow fall last year. He came and evaluated the situation and gave recommendations. They ended up reducing the low valley area using the best underlayment around and even re-weatherproofed the siding. They even threw in a vent for me to connect my exhaust vents to.
Trent is fantastic! He’s timely, professional and knowledgeable. His crew was so efficient and respectful of our property. I highly recommend E3.
Please if you're considering using 'E3 Roofing" do not. They are not a real locally based company but a fly-by-night storm chasing gypsy crew. They put a job posting on indeed looking for door to door canvassers to travel the country in hail prone areas or recently hit areas to prey on recent victims. If you live in Indianapolis metro, choose a local based roofer and if you've been recently aproached by a sales rep for E3 then know they are likely to take your insurance money and not do the job. Contacted Trent 5 years ago when needed the roof evaluated for hail damage…he was honest enough to say it was fine. Present day, it did need to be replaced…it looks great! Trent is easy to work with and stands behind his company. The crew worked a very long day to complete it in 1 day. Very happy with the results.
Competive price. On time and on budget. A few minor and I do mean minor issues that were resolved immediately. All the work was professionally done. Best compliment I can think of is that it came out exactly as we envisioned it. 1800 Sq ft basement finished, 9 foot ceilings, full bath, wrapped columns, maintenance room, sewing room and storage room. Cleaning person at the end to finish the job. Turn key. If you are thinking of having work done on your house.... this is the company
