Steve was fantastic! Answered all our questions. It was wonderful having him come to our facility and see what it was that is done to the units. Got to ask him questions that we normally would not think to ask. He went home with one of the units yesterday stating he would try to get it back to us by Friday and showed up today with the unit. Fantastic and very appreciated.

Eddy Fey is a very communicative and quick responding technician. As a technician myself, it's an ideal situation to have a colleague be as reliable and responsible as you see yourself. Eddy is that tech. I always get responses, feedback, reports, device info, etc...from him in a very timely manner. On top of that, his repair work is accurate. Shout out to Eddy Fey.
