Eddy Fey is a very communicative and quick responding technician. As a technician myself, it's an ideal situation to have a colleague be as reliable and responsible as you see yourself. Eddy is that tech. I always get responses, feedback, reports, device info, etc...from him in a very timely manner. On top of that, his repair work is accurate. Shout out to Eddy Fey. Eddy Fey has been our technician for a few years now. Very polite and professional. We receive the certifications before he leaves the office and the invoicing is seamless.
