Paid 30 for an Uber to get my tire switched into a new rim. 5 min job and they decided to close 30 mins early and refused to work. These people around here are just lazy.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not spend your money here unless you want incompetent laziness. It’s so disheartening spending your hard earned money on a business who you trusted off of reviews only to be shown that they are scammers and will not deliver what they offer. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your wheels falling off of your vehicle and for the owner to have an attitude when you state the issue you paid for and they don’t comply. I’ve brought business here, myself, friends and family for years. I was a customer before the old shop burnt down. I’ve came to them for used tires and time and time again they’ve messed up. Everybody wants to use impact drills but when they are dead, half charged, not working right, or they are NOT CHECKING THEIR WORK. Then you have very upset customers, because my lug bolts have fell off my car. This is a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. They are not checking or tightening the lug nuts and this has happened 3 times now. I highly recommend this tire company out of all of them I'm a mobile mechanic and every tire problem I have I take the Central tire company they have pretty good tires for pretty reasonable price
Good used tires half the cost of new for us. They were nice guys and quick about it. I recommend them.
