I have had nothing but horrible service from this facility, as well as other friends that have used this facility in Clackamas as well. Very VERY rude Managers that try to swindle you out of money. With my senario, I had told the manager I was going to discontinue my service, she had told me that whatever we had left in the storage would be auctioned.
