Not going to lie, for some time it sucked for what you were paying for the place. When we were viewing the apartment for the first time I asked if there was a bug problem at all and they declared "absolutely not". Sure enough, a ton of bugs at our back door literally on day one of moving in. Hundreds of lightening bugs. I lived here when it was Hazey Ray Shores in 1991-1994. I was a Pilot for CommutAir. In the Backyard Area towards the fence I witnessed my first UFO. It was a Black Triangle. It was approximately 100 feet above the ground. I was outside stringing up a portable HF Antenna, at 2am by the fence area, when I felt like I was being watched.
