I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. I own a vacation rental and I frequently found issues they didn't address such as broken skimmer basket that they didn't tell me about and had to replace myself, dirty footprints left by the cleaner on my deck, etc. But the real issue is that if the pool needed water, they wouldn't wait around to fill it up - which I totally understand.
