I had to replace my pre-existing stationary 4 x 8 overhead racks because getting up and down ladders to retrieve holiday decorations with bad rotator cuffs and balance at 73 was getting to be a little too much of a gamble. I selected the 4 x 8 400lb capacity E-Z lift unit. Product is great - very sturdy materials. Opted for the additional install. Great flat rate pricing. The company engaged and hired an installer in our local. There were some some logistic issues with install location, but these were worked out to our satisfaction with EZlift and the installer. Ultimately pleased and would recommend the product and service.
