Bad, and rude service. After Sandy, they've gouged prices a full 100%. A $25 ride is now $50 and when you ask why, the dispatcher tells you to get lost and hangs up. Call NJ Division of consumer affairs and complain: 973 504 6240
Horrible Attitude! Called in today right after the hurricane to arrange an airport pickup. The person in charged quoted me a price of $40 while I'm looking at the their listed price of 29$. So I asked him how come the price went up, he immediately hang up the call. I called again, he said he was too busy to do my business and hang up again. While most of the public transportation were down in Jersey city right now after a natural disaster, this kind of attitude can really show something of this company.
I USED YOUR SERVICE THRICE. IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. THE CAR WAS CLEAN, THE DRIVER WAS WELL MANNERED. ESPECIALLY IT WAS IN TIME ALL THE TIMES. I ENJOYED THE EVERY RIDE THOROUGHLY. HAD A NICE EXP WITH EZ CAR & LIMO
really poor service, limo was in terrible shape – They showed up a half hour late with a limo that looked like it was held together with duct tape. The roof had cracks in it, the wheels were rusted, and the interior was dirty. The moon roof didn't work, one of the windows didn't open, and the car sounded like it was going to fall apart whenever we hit a bump. The limo was so old it had a VCR. I guess that's what you get for ordering a car last minute from a service you've never heard of.
