They were just really awful in my opinion...you should go and decide for yourself...then again maybe you shouldn't :)
I have been a patient of Physician's Immediate Care since they were on Henderson, for almost 11 years. I used to love the service I got. Cindy was always helpful and got me in and out. Dr. Androssov was amazing, and when he left the practice, we started seeing Gartman, whom we all adored as well. By far the worst office staff ever! Different physician every other month. Instead changing doctors change receptionist.
I am happy with these doctors and have been going there for about 16 years.
They were awesome!! Excellent service...and a Dr. That really listened and wanted to help me!!
I love this place. Dr. Laird is the best. She shows concerns for her patients and there is never a long wait.
I have only been using this office for about 6 weeks. I have been extremely pleased with them. Dr Gartman has been great and the other physician I have seen is Marsha Laird. I was pleased with her also. Wait times have been relatively short. Some of the office staff could use a little personality and smiles but they aren't rude.
