Case worker didn't leave a card. They indicated calls would come from Providers to schedule care appointments. Provider shows up to home of patient (with Dementia) unannounced. Asks questions that the patient can't answer (because Dementia). Doesn't ask the Sitter for contact info of the Patient's Caretaker (Me) Doesn't leave a card. They give great care, the entire staff is really reliable and professional, however they are impossible to reach. I wish there was more customer service & support I feel that is definitely the one thing missing to give them a 5 star rating.
