This place sucks. I had a service scheduled for the afternoon. The service desk called my phone and left a message. I called back within 25 minutes as I was in a meeting. I called back to find that the arrogant service manager's non customer friendly rule is if you don't call back within 10 minutes you lose your spot and have to reschedule. What???? Very arrogant. Awesome company. Very good customer service
Had new Trane furnace installed today. Salesman was Dan, installers Doug and Joe. All three were very professional and well trained and did a very good job. We are very happy with not only their expertise but their friendly attitudes and cordiality. The installers were very patient with my wife also. We would give them the highest grade if this was a numbered satisfaction survey.
