The service is poor. They have had very little communication with us regarding the processing of various operating authorities. Still to this day, 5 months after we entered into contract, we have not received any documentation of what they have processed (CA, IFTA, EIN, MC or any of the individual state permits for Oregon, CA, NM). I have called at all times of the day, left numerous messages and sent emails with no reply from them whatsoever. I will be coming to their physical office as a last resort.
