If I could put no stars I would. I got my brand new never worn before ann taylor jeans hemmed here and they put a hole in the thigh by accident. You would think she would have noticed a hole like that but they allowed my husband to pay for it and pick them up. They wanted to repair them instead of reimbursing me.
