Super Bad service. I had put in a purchase order with a min of 4 hour. The company insisted on us issuing PO. I should have see that's not really normal. The technician arrive at 9:00 am asked for me. When I get there around 9:10 am the guy had left without telling anyone. We had stopped the whole production today just to wait for them to do fan balancing. I called Mike from ET balance regarding what's going on he we sent me the bill for the min of 4 hour even though his guy left without talking to anyone at our comp... read more
