I am VERY SURPRISED BY THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. THIS IS NOT the same experience we just had. We have an annual contract with E Smith. Recently we had our unit break and we were without heat. Within an hour late on a Friday night- the technician was at my house. They figured out what the issue was and put a plan in place to get my heat on. I would recommend E. Smith to any of my friends.
