When in today to check out the new gym in hopes of becoming a trainer here. Very nice when you walk in, and the technology is very interesting and can't wait to learn more about it!

I love e-shape. I signed up for 3 months then added 6!! I feel better and my clothing are slowly getting too big..yeah!!! And Martin is a wonderful person as well as coach, I recommend it especially since it's only 20 minutes of intensity. Yeah !!!
5 stars for the trainer, 5 stars for the technology, 5 stars for the workout, 5 stars for the facility. There is nothing else to say. The workout is only 20 minutes and it looks easy. But as soon as you are in the suit, it suddenly all changes. Lifting your arms seems impossible. Like every other exercise. And all without weights. If you haven´t tried it out before, give it a shot. You will expericence yourself what i am talking about.
I signed up with EMS training for 3 months and I can say I had some good results in that time. I felt stronger and healthier. Martin is passionate about the EMS training and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. He is easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun!
