Zero stars if I COULD. I am so disappointed with Mary Rivers, hair stylist. I paid $50 for a consultation on May 16, 2025, and was told if I booked an appointment, the $50 consultation fee would be deducted from the cost of doing my hair. However, after the consultation Mary tells me she is booked up until June 6. I needed an appointment prior to June 2 because I was having knee surgery, hence the primary purpose for getting a "carefree" style prior to surgery.
