I walked in for shoulder pain and was greeting by the kindest front desk staff, Katrina and Anna! They were prompt in addressing concerns and getting me worked into schedule. Dr. Sabonghy was knowledgeable and addressed all concerns plus his office staff was very friendly! Highly recommend this office!
I had to have his work redone 4 months after his surgery. He told me all I needed was physical therapy. Ha! Not according to all of the second opinions I got. One of the most Hellish experiences of my life!! Avoid.
Disappointing experience unfortunately. I had severe knee pain and during the appointment scheduling, I thoroughly explained what happened when they asked me. I also said please schedule an MRI ahead of time so I don’t have to pay for two visits because I’ll need an MRI for this kind of injury. The staff insisted there’s no need (so the doctor didn’t order it) and that an X-Ray will be enough. I get to the appointment, pay my co-pay and X-Ray fees.
