Michael is absolutely the best. He has great customer service and service at all with a smile. If you come by yourself, you will make you laugh till your stomach hurts
If I could give a 0 I would. the lady I spoke with she’s extremely aggressive and impatient. I called to inquire about the Gel X process and chatted through text message and I sent pictures of my nails per instructions and what I wanted we agreed on the time. Later I called back to ask another question about the difference between Gel X and Plexi Gel and she asked if I wanted my nails to get long I replied yes then she recommended the Gel X so I said “Thank you I’m just confused because it’s my first time trying this process... read more
I have never experienced such bad customer service. The lady who did my nails was rude, careless, and constantly walking up to check her phone. From the beginning she assumed I didn’t understand what she was saying and at some points told me to clip and shape my own nails. I just thought to myself she was having a bad day but after leaving I couldn’t believe what I experienced. My friend was also treated terribly. I don’t recommend this place
I never want to go back; it was a truly unpleasant experience. The customer service was terrible; I've never felt so uncomfortable. The woman was so rude the entire time! I definitely don't recommend it.
Angela did a fabulous job on my nails! Pedicure in the past was also excellent, thorough. Will definitely be returning to e nails!
