Do not go here. I called and they said come in. I wrote on the sign in sheet that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. They did the manicure but then they just left me in the chair when I said I needed a manicure too. I walked over to the counter and they told me to come back in 30 minutes! When I came back two women who were behind me whrn i firsy came in were just leaving. They had gotten their pedicure and manicure and left. So that is just nuts.
As other reviewers have said, they do not honor appointments here. As a gift for my mother, my sister and I were going to take her out for manicures and lunch. We arrived on time and the place was packed. No one said anything to us, like we were invisible. After 20 minutes we decided to leave. I hope the manicures are better than their service.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, IN ANY SALON/SPA/ PLACE OF BUSINESS IN GENERAL.RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SNOBY, UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER. I live in Seattle but travel to Yakima often to visit family. The people that work her are very nice and I give the quality of work a 4/5. But the one thing that didn't make sense to me is when you get a shellac mani they charge you for the mani $15 and for the shellac $18 making it $32!!! I pay $20 in SEATLLE for a very high end place in downtown. I will go back when I visit but deff not for shellac mani..
I had a fantastic experience here! I went to another nail salon the same morning for a shellac manicure and pedicure. It looked AWFUL. So I went to E NAILS to see if they could re-do it. It is 110% better than the other salon. They have a pretty good selection of shellac colors. Lilly did the best shellac manicure and excellent job with my eyebrows. I have gone to other nail salons in the area, this is the best! E Nails has beautiful décor. This place is huge and usually pretty busy, has great atmosphere, great service every time! I have been coming here for one year now, and they have always been consistent. I use them for everything(waxing,massage, manicure, pedicure, shellac, even facials). So unorganized ! Told me it would be 15 minutes and I waited for over an hour even though they started my mom, who didn't even plan to get her toes done in the first place, just decided to go along! They did take my shellac off but then I decided to leave because my Mom had already been done for 10mins. Had an apt at 2 came a little early, constantly ignored 4 on finally was seated for my manicure and talked to rudely.. Then told it was going to be 45$ for a simple pedi and when I asked why they said I didn't want to pay and they can refuse service to anyone. Do not go here!!!!
