would give this salon 5 stars because of the work they do. I loved the salon but recently cannot get in on 6 weeks notice with my stylist and have had to use other random stylists and most recently had to r/s an appt almost for a month later due to my (non preferred) stylists quitting. I had this appt fir Oct scheduled since August. When stating my issues I already have had with reception, I get a ... "It's not our fault she quit" ... ummm customer service much???
