I recently called to inquire about pricing for my store with a plumbing issue and was surprised by how the conversation was handled. I completely understand if your company has specific policies or limitations based on location—however, the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It's always helpful when such policies are explained clearly and respectfully. I believe good customer service plays a vital role in any business interaction.

Got charged $297.50 for them to come dig up dirt and throw it back in the hole. Didn't even do no work u realistic. They didn't do any real testing and I'm the one who informed them of the issues we were having they tried to use that as way of saying g they diagnosed our issues a freaking sham that's what the company is.
