Will not accept cash or foreign cards despite operating at large international sporting events. Lines longer than the event as well.
Horrible company dont even waste your time or money food was old and molded and they still made us serve people once we told them..i just worked for them for the Kentucky Derby they tried to send us home with 40 in tips saying thats all we made .I end up getting into it with them because i worked hard and was told we would split all the tips so they stole our money but anyway DON'T waste your time!!!!
Poor job of managing concessions at the 2019 Indianapolis 500. They maintained no control over the lines, with people frequently cutting others. Whoever was loudest got their order first. Payment systems did not perform well and cause massive delays in very large concession lines. However, if you only needed to order beer, they processed reasonably quick.
