I live at 5600 Fifth Ave, and let me save you the trouble: don't ever rent here. You honestly can't imagine how lazy and money-hungry the management staff are. They take your rent, cash your checks, and then do absolutely nothing. Getting them to fix an issue or even respond is like pulling teeth. I lived at 2025 Wendover St under E and J Management and would not recommend them. The building is very old and poorly maintained. They don’t even allow A/C units, and when I reported steam coming from the radiator that caused throat discomfort, it took almost a month for a plumber to show up. When I raised this health concern, Ms. Mary was very discourteous and told me, “If you don’t want to be in the apartment, just find someone else to sell the lease to.” That response made it clear that tenant well-being isn’t a priority... read more

The stole $525 dollars from our security deposit for “cleaning”. Could never justify the expenses and we are still fighting to get it back. Also, they had zero flexibility on anything, all they want is to sit back and squeeze money out of tenants without any effort whatsoever. This is for 2025 Wendover St apartment. Stay away
