Stand behind their products. When you sell something and it turns out to be REAL JUNK.,replace it or at least give a 50% refund. I'll never do business with you again and will advise anyone I can to stay away.
they are crazy over priced and the last 3 times I've called it takes at least 2 days to get a call back and whoever answers there phones has no car knowledge and when you try to explain what you want you are treated like you're stupid
Called and priced a used alternator for an 02 Infiniti they wanted $95 I found a new one for $115 other salvage yards wanted $35 this place is a rip off! This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with them! I strongly suggest u find a different salvage yard car-part.com has links to almost all salvage yards. Not to mention it took them 2 hours to give me a price!
Their the most expensive option when it comes to junkyards. I don't think they know the definition of Junkyard. I would advise shopping there only after trying the five surroundings states.
I was sold crap parts and shoved out the door. I wanted to try and negotiate the price but was not given the opportunity. They also told me before driving 2 hours that they had everything I needed and the parts were in "great shape". I will never do business with them again. hope anyone that purchases parts from them pays with a check and don't take there word for it if they say they have the correct parts. I have bought parts there a number of times & have always felt safe & welcome. I've also called to have parts shipped with no problem. I know them well and it's possible you might even meet the owners grandsons babies, toddler, little boy. If it weren't safe they wouldn't have them there.
They had this dude that picked up a few cars that I know of!! He was great!! Think his name started with an M??
