poor customer service for 1... they sold my mother a lemon argued my mother down,no communication skills what so ever ..just rude

Sold me the worst car ever, constantly needs repairs and breaks down very often for a newer year. These people need to be more honest about problematic cars. I do not recommend go anywhere else!
Better customer service to start. Bought a car they told me was "fine", It was what I could afford and it turned out to be anything but that. Laundry list of things wrong and the repair bill climbing fast, asked for my money back as I didn't even have it for a week. They refused, said they'll have their mechanic fix it and it's been over a month. They have the car, my money, and don't seem to care that they're taking this long to get it back to me
