I have been waiting on acknowledgement for an application I submitted for over a week, I have called, emailed everything I can try and do to get them to respond and still nothing!
You don't want to lease with E&E Capital. The picture I attached is the current state of my bathroom ceiling. It started leaking in December, I notified management and... well, it's February and you can see how things have progressed. Countless emails and phone calls.. none of that mattered. There's a number of homeless people in the neighborhood. You're better off joining them than signing a lease with this company.
This company is a complete scam. 700 Neal St NW has been on the market for over 100 days. I applied and got denied for no reason apparently and wasn’t able to reach anyone at the office after that. C Emma Grin takes the money and Rhonda shows you the place but you will never see them again after that. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOSE!
This Company is a scam they charge $50 per adult application fee and they do that over and over. They are scammers.
